What We Look For

Qualifications

Journeyman Plumber

  • California journeyman plumber license or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of field experience in residential or commercial plumbing
  • Experience with copper, PEX, and cast iron pipe
  • Ability to read blueprints and work from plans
  • Reliable transportation to Bay Area job sites
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Apprentice Plumber

  • Enrolled in or eligible for a state-approved apprenticeship program
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Physically able to perform labor on active construction sites
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
  • Valid driver's license and transportation
  • Genuine interest in building a career in the trades
